I have a flow connected to a list. It can be triggered in the flow context menu when selecting a list item. But if I try to add the list as a webpart to a page I can’t get to the context menu and therefore can’t run the flow.

Unfortunately, I do not believe so at the moment. There will be more functionality coming to the web parts in the future.
