Anyone any ideas on how I can migrate my email from the Mac (.olm) to Office 365?

As far as I know, Office 365 only accepts mails in PST format. Though I haven’t tried this out personally and would recommend you to ask a tech expert more closely; but maybe, you will need to export the OLM files to PST before moving them to Office 365.
In the recent past, I have used OLM to PST converter Ultimate. This tool by Gladwev was excellent with its conversion speed and accuracy.
