Hi, we´re looking at using SharePoint for our document approval workflow. I would like to know:
- We can have people outside our organisation within the workflow
- We are able to report on the status of the documents going through the approval process

Hi Aimie,
You cannot have people outside your organization within your SharePoint workflow. You can do so if you are using Microsoft Flow.
