I know we can use SharePoint Designer with SharePoint 2016 and Online, however does this also mean we can use it with SharePoint 2019? Any official announcement on this?

As per the SPO Community Blog, Microsoft will ensure SharePoint Designer works with SharePoint Server 2019 until 2026 (client support (life cycle).
