I want to build either a Microsoft Form or PowerApp so parents can request music tuition online.
Depending on which school their child attends will determine which lessons are available and therefore which instrument they will need. Could anybody point in the right direction?
If you are building the form based on dynamic data (that is, if you run out of trumpets, you can’t offer them)… you’ll want to use PowerApps. Microsoft Forms is more of a survey builder. If you want to just get feedback or allow anyone to submit the request regardless of availability of instruments, Microsoft forms may work for you. However, you’d likely build 1 form for each school.
As for PowerApps, this is definitely possible but we’d need a bit more information in order to really help you. For example, how are you determining which form a student should see (ie, how does the form know the student is from St Peters), etc…
