I am finding the way through which I can move all data from OneDrive to multiple accounts of Dropbox through one procedure.

This sounds like more of a DropBox question, you may want to head over to the dropbox forum to ask. Afaik, none of the popular storage providers, provide a mechanism for this.
May want to look into MultCloud or Mover.io
