We are planning a migration for SharePoint 2013 (On Premises) to SharePoint Online using the Microsoft native tool. Could anyone help me by answering the following?
- How do we do a site migration using the native Migration Tool?
- The site contains Master Page, CSS, Stylesheet etc, so how do I move those?

I would suggest you to use Content Matrix Console.
SharePoint migration is a process of taking all the content you have in your existing file share or SharePoint and moving it either to a new or existing environment.
