I have a site collection with 850 subsites (one for each business site) and a subsite for Minor Works requests. I have the code written to create a new sitepage in each business subsite, then create a list in the Minor Works subsite and link back to the individual site page. It sets all the permissions and creates the groups as needed but the issue I am facing is there is an Infopath form that the local business site users fill out, that then creates an item in their list. 

So far I’m drawing a blank on how I can programmatically upload the infopath form to each site list, when I create the list and site page. 

Hopefully someone here may have an idea or two :).
