Hi, we having now been using SharePoint 2013 for a few months and have been getting intermittent errors when saving pages. The error we get is:
‘Sorry, something went wrong
The settings for this list have been recently changed. refresh your browser before editing this list.’
We have also been getting this error as well when saving pages:
‘ The security validation for this page has timed out’
I have tried increasing the time on the Web Page Security Validation settings from the default 30 min to 90 min, but this does not cure the problem.
I carried out a small test and left a page in edit mode and then tried to check the page in:

7 minutes checked in okay
-
20 minutes error occurred
-
70 minutes checked in okay (this was after the error had occurred and the page was reopened.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
