Was trying out Microsoft SharePoint iOS app(Released in June 2016), but after installing and logging in, I am not able to see any sites, or any content etc in the app. Can anybody help me on this? what should I do? Is there any specific setting which has to be done to making it running?
Check the below link.
It says SharePoint app and OneDrive work together.
Check if OneDrive is installed on your iOS device or not.
Not sure if it works but just give it a try.
Hi Jaden, I am using an On-premises Setup of SharePOint 2013, so there is no option of Office Graph. please correct me if i am wrong. according to my findings Office Graph is only available in SharePoint Online. I am still not able to view sites in the SharePOint App, havenot found any solution yet.
Thanks
Alka
The new SharePoint app is pretty useless without Office Graph running behind the scenes of your site/collection/farm/tenant. Office Graph needs to be enabled. If using SharePoint Online, you can enable Office Graph from the SharePoint Admins panel. Let me know if this works and/or if you found another solution. Good luck.
Hey,
Yes, I have logged in with a correct user account. Here I am attaching the screenshot for the same. Can you please guide if there is any pre-requisites for the SharePoint to work on Mobile app. Just to mention my sharepoint is working as expected on browser.
Thanks
Daft question – are you logging in with the correct account into the correct tenant? I have just rechecked on my phone and it’s all working as expected.
