How many servers required for SharePoint 2016 Min Role Configuration? If I would like to have only 3 servers like 1 App & 2 WFE Should I go for Min role or I have to choose custom while configuration ?Please suggest

For a Fully Functional Farm, at least four, not including the Database server and Domain controller. so, all in all you have:
- Domain Controller
- Database Server
- Web Front End Server
- Distribute Cache Server
- Application Server
- Search Server
You can probably get away with combining the WFE & APP and then scaling out each if they are overtaxed.
