Today, I found one weird issue. Environment : SharePoint 2013, Workflow: SharePoint Designer 2010 (Workflow platform 2010)
My Web Application contains two site collections. When I created SPD 2010 workflow for one site collection, then associated workflow tasks list behaves perfectly when I add the “Start Task Process” action in workflow and workflow works fine.
For the second site collection, when I created the SP2010 workflow, then workflow tasks list is generating, but it’s not behaving as expected. It’s not creating the workflow task forms (.xsn) and not able to find the “task outcome” field (shown in Task Outcome). When I add the two “task start process” action from ribbon, then it needs to increment the tasks count, instead it’s not incrementing the task activity count.
It looks like workflow tasks list is not associated with workflow properly.
Also compared content types with workflow workflows of other site collections. All things are same. Also took the help from the Microsoft support team. But not able to find the solution yet. Support team suggested backup and restore existing site collection data to new site collection. But no luck yet. MS Support is working.
Does anyone get this kind of issue?
