I have a very simple Infopath form with a very simple workflow attached to it for testing purposes below:

Within the form, I created a Second View and then drag and dropped the controls from the First View.

The designer WF triggers and sends email when Red is selected on the Choice field. Within this email is a hyperlink that takes the user to the Second View.

Here’s the problem

When the email is sent I click on the hyperlink. But when the form renders the values I selected from the First View (above) does not display in the Second View shown below:

Note

I followed the link here and it should work but it doesn’t. Can someone please tell me what I’m doing wrong?
