How we can extend the limit of days a recycle bin have item in O365?
If you are using the Drop Off Library, you can configure it to move the document to another library based on some specific critieria. Â This would be a basic workflow. Â
For more complex document routing, you could use a SharePoint Designer workflow, Information Management Policies, or a third party workflow such as Nintex to achieve more advanced workflow options. Â
It really depends on what you are attempting to do.
You can use Information Management Polices using the “retention” logic to move documents around in SharePoint. Â This logic could start a workflow that movies it do a drop off library or uses the content organizer web service to route documents somewhere else.Â

I do but it move document to Drop Off Library.

Currently you cannot extend the recycle bin retention beyond the current 93 days. Â Here is a link the uservoice requesting this enhancement.Â
