Has anyone run into the limitation of not being able to use managed metadata fields in content queries?
I have a wiki site set up with “How To” pages that are tagged using terms in our managed metadata. After all of the effort setting up terms and creating this content, I run into this maddening issue of not being able to create content rollup webparts for this data based these tags.
I’ve also experienced this with document libraries that has content tagged as belonging to certain departments.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how we might be able to address this without elaborate coding? I would consider myself an advanced power user, but we don’t have a developer on staff. As such, I’d like to avoid as much advanced customization as I can.
