There have been a lot of questions in main chat lately about setting workflows to fire on a future given date. Paul taught me a while ago that pausing the workflow is a very bad way to accomplish that. He showed me how to use retention policy to make this happen. I’m going to give the steps on how to use retention policy to fire a workflow. I’ve attached the instructions with screen shots.
