Automatic add column and row in SPD2010

Hi all, 

I just newest member in Sharepoint. I used SPD 2010 and I have problem. I tried to found the solution some where but I can’t. 

Here is my problem: How can I set the automatically in the form the function like this: Add more column, row when user click on “+” button?

I’ seeking help from your experience.
