I have a SharePoint server which has Project Server configured on it. It is using a SQL Server which runs on different machine. I have to move the SharePoint databases to a new SQL Server. How to perform the task? I have not configured any SQL server alias in the current configuration?

As far as i know. You would have to move your databases manually to the new SQL Server. Than Run SharePoint Config Wizard to Join the farm of the new SQL Server. Make sure the permission and rights of the SQL is moved correctly to the new SQL
