I have setup the app catalog according to TechNet and Mirjam’s blog and I am able to access the store and download apps and also I am able to uploads apps directly as well. However, after adding them to a site and trying to open the app I get the following error:
Server Error
404 – File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

I am at a loss as to what could be wrong and there is nothing that is obvious in the ULS logs either.
Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?
