Site collection administrator not allow to aceess site externaly

Hello,

I have configured External link for SharePoint site to access it from internet. its working fine for all users except site collection administrators.

its allow me to login with site collection administrators but then got error something went wrong.

this happen with external link only. internally its working perfectly fine.

any suggestions…!!!!!!

Can you provide a screenshot and maybe uls logs?

yes I did that its working fine with all users excepting site collection administrator (two users)
