Is there any way to add bookings automatically to Outlook without having Designer installed?
And btw, 3rd part solutions is No No according to IT staff…

I do not believe there is any way to automatically add SharePoint calendar entries directly to your Outlook calendar. Â Having said that, you can connect the SharePoint calendar directly into Outlook and you can overlay the SharePoint calendar with your Outlook calendar. Â Using that approach, inside Outlook 2013 (or 2010), you see a single calendar with you personal outlook calendar and the SharePoint calendar in one view.
But, using the usual tools, this will not get pushed to your cell phone calendar (which I find is the problem).
