SharePoint 2013 Custom Form- Changes in Custom list are not reflecting in ‘Custom List Edit form’

Hi,

I am using custom List edit form (using SP Designer) in SharePoint 2013.

Now I have added one column in my custom list, these changes are not reflecting in my custom edit form But now If I am creating a new form edit form than all changes are reflecting? Is there is any solution so that I don’t need to create the Custom form again and again?
