What’s the best way to prevent user from sharing the content of his “MySite” ?

One of our customers has a SharePoint server 2013 platform. For some users, he wants to prevent them from sharing content in their MySite or even sharing access to it. The question then is “Why using the MySite” ? They’re using it because they love the fact that SharePoint provisions the MySite and removes it automatically.

I want to know what is the best way to do that ?

I’ve already tried something described in this Post and it worked for me.
