I am running into the following issues when trying to apply the FEB 2015 CU for SharePoint 2013.
- Installed FEB 2015 CU for SharePoint 2013
- Restarted Servers
- Ran Get-SPProduct -Local
- Still unable to run PSConfig on farm due to missing / required

Gary, thanks we’ve been having trouble getting the March 2015 CU to deploy to some, but not all, of our servers. Will give it a try

I ended up having to install March 2015 CU over top of everything and use the commands above and it all works.
Oh yeah Get-SPProduct -Local to ensure it all registered just right.
