Hi guys,

I am not sure what’s the best approach for the location of the search centre site in SP2013.

Would it better to share  the ‘same host’ with my other site collections (recommended option by Microsoft for HNSC) or decouple the web application so that the search has it’s own web application?

According to Matthew McDermott in the following post it’s better to keep it under same host:

Has someone got any articles regarding this that can share it with me?

Any advise greatly appreciated.
