2010, mounting a 2007 content database, containing a single site collection, approx. 95GB.
Test-SPContentDatabase showed 2 errors, neither are upgrade blocking.
Mount took approx. 1 hour 10 mins, and completed with 2 errors and 3 warnings.
CA upgrade status is ‘failed’ – due to the 2 errors.
Content DB status is ‘no action required’
Sites are accessible and functional, everything seems successful.
The errors were relating to a missing assembly and missing feature – neither of which are installed on 2010 (we don’t want / need them).
I am making the assumption that the errors can effectively be ignored – and in practical terms, the upgrade is successful.
Is that a valid assumption, and does 1 hour 10 mins (with SQL TLog growth to approx. 30GB) sound reasonable? (yes, I know, it depends)
