I have a a user that has been given access to a couple of sites, just like normal precedures adding permissions to for example contributor group or visitor or even directly.
despite this he gets access denied on these sites.
The current workaround is to make him site administrator.
It works for all other users and its not computer related since he gets this from every pc
MY wishes is that someone can give me tips and ticks how YOU would troubleshoot and issue like this!

Can you please remove the user from everywhere within the site and again add him/her

I looked at this just minutes ago and the user is added only 1 time here,
39 total members in list and just one of these gets access denied 🙁
Open SharePoint User Information List (Hidden List) as follows
http://<site>/_catalogs/users/simple.aspx
and check whether the user added twice. If yes then please remove both first and again add that user.
