Hello all,

  I wanted a custom made template in sharepoint 2013 and hence we used the template which was used in other department and now when I try to upload the template through Solution under Web Designer Galleries and once I upload and activated the template and went into site content and create a new subsites and after filling the title and the Website address and under template selection, I was able to see the custom template which i had uploaded and once done when I try to click on “Create”. I got the following error

The site template requires that the Feature {a392da98-270b-4e85-9769-04c0fde267aa} be activated in the site collection.

I found that we had to activate the “SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure”. Once this was done and I tried to create again and now I have got this error

The site template requires that the Feature {cdbf8117-2167-48a9-b445-19eafdf0dc19} be installed in the farm or site collection.

I am unable to find what I have to do with this help.
