So I have reports, their results, and links to Crystal reports hosted on business objects servers. I am trying to figure out how to manage the security on these and grouping to keep the library as clean and functional add possible. One idea we had was to manage the different permissions on each of the folders. Then put links in folder to the objects in a link list. But that seems messy and a lot of extra effort to create folders to hold links to objects in subfolders. In addition to having to manually create these links and maintain them. Would term sets fix this need for links, can they be built in a workflow based off the report and then audience targeting set on terms? Our main goal is to have end-users go to one location to get to their reports, report results from scheduled reports and links to reports over on the SAP infoview site.
