Compound filtering SharePoint 2010 list with Partial Postback to page

Hello,

I am filtering SharePoint 2010 list as explained in the below link,

now I need to add one more filter condition here . I tried by separating the filter parameters using comma, semicolon . It doesn’t work.

Please let me know is there any solution otherwise please share if is there any alternative to achieve this.
