Business Requirements:
I have one question one of our client want to make the training course portal in SP 2013 on the portal admin user will create course and user will register and will particpate course. It should be in english and arabic.
There is no other contents or documents sharing in this application and it will be facning website and would be responsive and compitable to all browsers.
Require Suggestions :
what should i do ? should i make custom webparts or pagelayout ? or should i use infopath to make forms ?
please suggest me what should i do ?

There is a SCORM compliant LMS available in the SharePoint store. But I have no experience with it nor any idea of costs. It has a 14-day free trial. It might be worth looking at it – even if only to get an idea of what is possible under SharePoint.

Hello Muhammad – sounds cool! Is your training going to be in SharePoint as well? Do you envisage some form of Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). For the booking part of things, you could easily solve this with a few lists related. (We pretty much had to do this on SP24).Â
You need a Course and Session, plus some way of recording who has passed what. (I can help you with that, with our product ;).
