Can anyone help me on below issue:
I am working on SP 2007-2010-2013 migration project. After migration in SP 2013, when i opened workflow in SPD 2013 it is showing me platform type “SharePoint 2010 workflow” also when i was going to create a new workflow it was showing me only SP 2010 workflow in platform drop down for that issue resolution i configured “workflow service application proxy” successfully with service account. Service showing me workflow is connected.
But when i am going to create new list workflow or clicking on existing SP 2010 platform workflow getting below error: “Unable to load workflow actions from the server SharePoint designer 2013”
Please suggest.

Yes I installed WF Manager 1.0 and it is successfully connected also I troubleshooted with technet links.
But still issue remains 🙁
Did you install Workflow manager 2013? http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj658588(v=office.15).aspx
Also.. in here: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj658588(v=office.15).aspx#section5 check the troubleshooting section .. I think the first problem is exacly yours!
