How can I use Sharepoint2013 to set up community sites to improve collaboration and knowledge sharing among people working in same function across multiple geographic locations AND also across multiple functions in the one geographic location. Want everyone to belong to one primary site but have relevant micro posts and content visible across both their function and their location. What are my options? Ideas needed quickly.
