I have a custom workflow that choses the approver from a list based on the department that the document is assigned to. It works in my on prem test environment but not in my O365 production environment. The issue I’m encountering is that the workflow status still appears as pending even though the task outcome registers as approved. Has anyone encountered anything like this before? Any suggestions would be welcome.
