I have a form created using out of the box SharePoint 2010 functionality. It requires the user filling some information and submit for review. One of the input field is for entering the name and title of the user submitting the form. I would like the name and title get pre-populated from active directory so that the user does not have to enter his name or title as the information is already available in active directory. The “User Profile Synchronization” service is enabled and configured, also Active Directory is synced properly.
