Hello,
We seem to have an issue with our SharePoint farm installation after the March PU install. The farm was never particular spiffy but after the PU the response times are dismal. I can’t seem to find anything in particular. After searching the web and twikking crawling, disabling/enabling distributed cache and a couple of other things non of which made a substantial difference.
What we do see is the latency whenever an aspx page is called. It is usually 6-8seconds and always after the ScriptWebPart.OnBeforeSerializeToClient call.
We have a farm that consist of 4 servers. One App, one Web, One OWAS & one SQL. None of the servers are hitting CPU/Memory tops nor do we see any network bottle-necking.
If you guys have any idea on how to troubleshoot it further or of why this is happening – I would greatly appreciate your input.
Thank you.

Nevermind. I was able to figure it out thanks to the below link. It indeed ended up being a Distributed Cache.
