I’m in the process of writing a post for my blog on common workflows that companies or even small teams build in SharePoint to automate processes. Obviously the one Microsoft discusses most is the approval workflow, which strangely enough throughout all my years in IT, I was never really asked to build or implement. Instead, i was asked to create a number of workflows that solved very specific and unique issues for various departments.
So my question is:
If you’re a business end user of SharePoint, which workflows do you find most helpful?
If you’re an IT Pro, which workflows do you end up being asked to either implement or build for your end users?
