There are so many articles on this but it is never enough because this is really crucial and critical for SharePoint adoption and governance. A bit of context would help here I think, I have seen many Organizations where they are heavily invested in SharePoint but short resources.
So, the key is to have Power users or SharePoint Champions who can help other users, train them, promote SharePoint, govern, maintain or kill the environment. I would like to know what ideas or strategies you can follow to train them, promote user adoption and a lot more. Feel free to share what has worked you best.
Below link talks about a few ways,

Natesan, I agree I’ve seen some stuff written on this topic that in order to reach SharePoint’s full potential, you need to empower users because one person or even a few IT people cannot do everything for everyone. Â I think training is definitely the key, and it would be great to see a real-world example of a company that has done exactly this. At my company we have done some but not enough in my opinion. For example, we do encourage our site owners to customize and create their own “no-code” solutions, however most of them are scared they will break something or just don’t know how or don’t want to do it themselves. A good training program will help but it’s hard to procure the resources and/or $ for this.
