SharePoint is big now, really BIG. If you are already experienced with it, then it’s a constant battle to keep up. If you are new to it – it’s a big mountain to climb! My question this week is :
How do you learn SharePoint and keep your skills up to date?
Win-an-eBook Wednesdays is a small three day contest that we hold every week. The Prize? An O’reilly eBook for your choice! Furthermore, if you win, you also get the chance to ask the community whatever question you want and be the judge for next week’s contest!
You have until Sunday, June 2nd (10pm GMT) to answer this question!
And …. The WINNER OF THIS WEEKS EBOOK IS …Â Sheila M. Cole.Â
Well done Sheila! I know it’s short notice, but can you supply us with a question for tomorrows ? If not, I will think of something.Â
Follow-up on communities – like this – and social media, read the reference on MSDN and TechNet, and above all; getting in to real projects!
So do I, Vlad. Â But since I also need to learn SQL Administration, VLA a good choice for me at the moment.
For me it was a question of in at the deep end. We had a fixed date, fixed delivery, beta 1 of MOSS and had to get on with it. There was no MS docs at the time, so we had to do a LOT of digging. Was pretty stressful, but I can honestly say, nothing is better at teaching you what you need to know fast.
