Correct me if I’m wrong, on SharePoint 2013 both Enterprise Search and Standard Search use the FAST Search Engine. On the Standard Version of SharePoint you don’t have all of the Enterprise Search Features like Content Query Web Part, Advanced Query Rules, Custom entity extraction, etc.
