Hello,
I have created a custom content type based on a SharePoint 2013 Task with an additional property ‘Categorie’. The same side property was added to a document library content type. Than I created a workflow on the document library to create a task for the document with SharePoint designer 2013. Unfortunately I don’t find any possiblity to copy my ‘Categorie’ property from the document entry to the new task entry. Has anybody a hint how to copy this custom property?

When you added the column, did you add it to the Document Site Content type? Or to the Document List Content Type?
