Will there be a migration path from Sack to Microsoft Teams? Will ISVs have the ability to build a migration tool?
Thank you, Mark! To reinforce this, my questions was, will there be a migration path from Slack to Teams? The answer is yes, there will be a migration path. That path is that Teams will provide the APIs that a vendor can use to build a tool.
Speculating on requirements a bit, I imagine people would want to migrate conversation history for in-progress projects, the group name / description / membership, and files.

Hi Erica … for those that didn’t see the Live Show on Teams Extensibility Microsoft aren’t intending to fill this gap. (Oh I see opportunity ;)). However, they are committed to providing an API that could support a scenario.
I guess the biggest challenge is what could be (and should be) moved over. Would you want to move all chat history over? Possibly. What about all of the files that are shared? I guess if it’s feasible one of the big migration vendors will take it on board.
