Prior to Office 365 I was able to ‘drag and drop’ the ‘Type (icon linked to document)’ to an email. Now it shudders and displays the word ‘move’. How do I restore that feature?

Office 365 was pushed out by our IT Dept to the users. How do I tell if I am using the ‘modern page’?
Yes. I was using this feature in SharePoint. But evidently our IT Dept fixed the issue because I am back to being able to move files from SP to an email. Thanks for your input!
