New to Flow. I created a Form and have Flow putting the results into a Team Channel. That works. I then wanted it to send an email to our helpdesk email to open a Support Ticket with the results of the form. I wanted the email to be from the person who completed the form so that the ticket could be attributed to them. I ran the form and it worked just fine. I had a co-worker complete the form and the Team channel was populated, but the email threw and error. Error says:
You are not authorized to send mail on behalf of the specified sending account.
What I put into the Flow in the From (Send as) was Responder’s Email. That email properly populated in the Teams post, but I guess I don’t have permission to have my Flow send as that sender.
Any ideas out there? TIA…John
Who ever instantiates the flow would have to have access to the user’s mailbox as a shared mailbox in order to do the Send As function.
