I want to make a file upload form for department work but when I look in my one drive, each folder is named by question number instead of the Question title. This is making it difficult to keep track of answers and files submitted. Is there any way to change this?

Sign in to OneDrive with your Microsoft account, and then try to upload the file again. You don’t have permission to access the file. If the file is on a server, make sure you can open the file, and then try to upload it again.
