Background I have a training solution circa 500 PowerPoint presentation (Large presentations) that I want to load into slide libraries in order to build back the packs removing duplication. Issue When the packs were originally built they did so in the order of image slides, text slides then heading slides followed by a mass move around to finish up at the final tutorial.
When publishing into a slide library it uses the slides original id number resulting in a pack that is now out of sequence – With so many presentations this is a huge issue and I am sure I am not alone! Anyone got a great workaround?

OK the answer seems to be to copy and paste all of the slides into a new presentation, giving a new unique slide id!
