SharePoint 2013 on premise, Visual Studio 2013

The simplest of webtest : browse to the homepage of a Enterprise Wiki

Failed http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.3.2/jquery.min.js 407 Proxy Authentication Required – 0,006 sec 849
This happens on any call searching something on the internet (it is not a google, jquery problem)

I searched high and low, altered settings all over the place and programmed a web test plugin; all to no avail

Anybody has any pointers ?
