Just a quick discussion to see whether you are intending to study and sit for one of the Microsoft SharePoint 2013 exams ?
If so, when and how are you intending to learn ?
If you’re using 2010, then doing the 2010 exams may still be worth the effort. In the long term, doinmg the 2013 exams is of course advisable, though there isn’t too much content available yet, as the dev exams aren’t officially out yet (there’s more content for the IT Pro exams, as you can already take them)
I was planning to take Sharepoint exams for 2010 because I can easily get preparation resources for them ..
then I knew that Microsoft has declared that the 2010Â will be expired Jan.14 &
presented the 2013 exams !
Could any one help or advise me on which exams are better?
Microsoft has declared that Sharepoint exams for 2010 will be expired Jan.14!
are you still planning to take the 2010 though?
I’ve been searching for upgrade tests to 2013, but I couldn’t find!
Could you help or advise me on this?
I definitely need to have a closer look at it! Thanks for sharing, Wendy!
Yes I plan to review the course after I’ve completed it. I am taking it because in my role I am responsible for overseeing the big picture/roadmap/strategy for SharePoint and I think Salem will help me with that. One thing we are trying to get away from, and Salem teaches how to do this, is we currently treat each SharePoint solution request as a mini project which leads to silos of solutions and hacks with little to no regard for the overall health of the system. Salem teaches a holistic approach.
