Ability to have custom skills i.e.; “End User Adoption Master, “Workflow God”, “Lists are my B****”

I think for the majority of us that have been around awhile we all know who we can ask questions to, but as we grow it may be a good idea to add things that help new people be able to search and ask questions to the right people. Let me know what you everyone thinks.
