I have added one use group in active directory as type local and security but not showing in people picker ?

Use stsadm to include the path to your OU where the group reside.
Restrict People Picker for a certain group in AD
stsadm -o setsiteuseraccountdirectorypath -path <Valid OU name> –url <Web application URL>
